Typically you will receive your order the next working day if you order by 3PM. Though this is not always guaranteed.

Tracking information is provided by email and SMS (if you have opted-in for SMS). You will receive your tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Orders placed after 3PM on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or next working day).
It's not possible to change/amend delivery addresses once an order has been placed. This is to prevent fraud.
To best serve the entire UK we use Royal Mail and utilise only their tracked service which allows you to fully track your delivery from start to finish.
