Payment

Graded Green Limited receives payment with Visa and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in BRITISH POUNDS.

Graded Green Limited uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Delivery

Graded Green Limited delivers on all business days, with orders placed before 15.00.

Delivery Policy

UK orders are sent via first class recorded delivery. Expected delivery time is 1-3 days.
Items are shipped on the following days: Monday – Saturday
Graded Green Limited does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but local couriers determine delivery time.

We refer to "next day delivery" as a target. If you order by 3PM Monday to Friday we will aim to have your order to you the next working day. If you pay for Guaranteed Delivery then your order will be with you the next day when you order Monday to Friday before 3PM.

If your order becomes "lost" during transit we will take responsibility and either refund you or replace your order after ten working days passed the due date. 

Warranty rights

A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Graded Green Limited will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of cancellation

14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

You will have to pay return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.

The notification must be given per. email at info@gradedgreen . In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send by return. You can find it here info@gradedgreen.com

Return of the item when you return it You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

In order to receive the full purchase price, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.
