You must be aged 18 or over to access GradedGreen.com and relevant subdomains. You must also be over 18 to make purchases from our site, interact with our customer support, participate in any competition or use any service or product provided by Graded Green.

 

Payment

Graded Green Limited receives payment with Visa and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in BRITISH POUNDS.

Graded Green Limited uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

 

Delivery

Graded Green Limited delivers on all business days, with orders placed before 14.00 dispatched on the same working day.

 

Delivery Policy

UK orders are sent via first class recorded delivery. Expected delivery time is 1-5 days.


Items are shipped on the following days: Monday – Saturday


Graded Green Limited does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but local couriers determine delivery time.

 

We refer to "next day delivery" as a target. If you order by 2PM Monday to Friday we will aim to have your order to you the next working day. If you pay for Guaranteed Delivery then your order will be with you the next day working day when you order Monday to Friday before 2PM.

 

If your order becomes "lost" during transit we will take responsibility and either refund you or replace your order after ten working days passed the due date. If your order has been marked delivered by a post person/courier and you claim this is not the case you must be able to prove this to us.

 

During the global health crisis our delivery partners will not be taking signatures as proof of delivery. Instead they will sign on your behalf. Our three main couriers are Royal Mail, DPD and UPS. If your order has been marked as delivered and the courier has signed for your order you must have evidence the prove that the courier has either wrongfully delivered your order to another address or not at all before contacting Graded Green.

 

Guaranteeing Delivery

We provide a unique service which gives our customers piece of mind when ordering from Graded Green. For all orders placed, we guarantee your order will arrive to you. If this is not the case we replace or refund.

 

Returning Items

As of 01/04/2020 we will not be accepting returns temporarily due to the COVID-19 crisis. If your order has arrived incorrectly we will issue you with a refund without you having to return it. If you wish to return an unwanted order please email us.

 

Upon return

Corte’s inquiry and complaints are sent to:

No parcels sent on demand are received.

 

Refund

If we have agreed to refund you we will do this automatically back to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to five working days.

 

Right of cancellation

14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased on GradedGreen.com.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

You will have to pay return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.

The notification must be given per. email at info@gradedgreen . In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send by return. You can find it here info@gradedgreen.com

 

Use of our products

When purchasing from Graded Green you agree not to consume any of our products unless that product has clearly been marked as intended for consumption. Graded Green does not make any medical claim to promote the sale of our products and we do not endorse any medical claims made by third parties.

 

Right to withdraw service

Graded Green reserves the right to withdraw our service at any time and on a permanent basis to customers who have acted fraudulently or abused members of staff. Customers who have service withdrawn will be notified by email, any open orders will be cancelled and a refund made.
