We will instantly refund or exchange your order:

If it arrives in an unusable condition
The product was below the weight advertised
It arrived excessively late
There is damage
You requested the cancellation of the order before it was dispatched

During the global health epidemic, we are not currently accepting returns for unwanted items. We politely request that you keep hold of unwanted items until we have the ability to accept them back safely.
