When will my order be delivered?
Order by 13:00 Monday to Friday and we aim to deliver your order the very next day using Royal Mail.
Where are you based?
We are based in the United Kingdom and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Will my order be sent discreetly?
We understand privacy is important to our customers. That's why your order is hermetically sealed in a separate bag to prevent smell leaks and punctures. There is no way to tell where you've ordered from or what's inside your package.
When will I receive tracking information?
When your order is dispatched you will automatically be sent tracking information to track your order. The tracking link will take 2-4 hours to begin to working.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
In most cases we expect Royal Mail to take 1 to 2 business days to deliver your order. In rare circumstances this can take longer. As per our agreement with Royal Mail, we must allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived in 10 business days we will happily replace or refund.
Can I amend my order?
It is not possible to amend orders once they are placed, this includes address changes.
