How to make hemp tea:
- Boil approximately 500ml of water.
- Whilst waiting for the water to boil finely grind your herb and place it either into a strainer or tea bag.
- Place tea bag in an empty cup and pour in the boiling water.
- Wait five minutes and then enjoy!
