Important Delivery Information

As the country is entering a second lockdown we wish to inform customers of changes to our guarantees when it comes to dispatching and delivering your order.

When you order before 3PM Monday to Friday will will try our very best to dispatch your order on the same day. This might not always be possible at present.

We do not guarantee next day delivery on our Tracked 24 delivery option. Please be advised that delivery for Tracked 24 can take up to three working days. If you require your order to be delivered the next day then please pay for Guaranteed by 1PM at checkout. For a short time we will be reducing the price of this service by contributing towards the postage fee incurred.
