As the country moves into a second phase of the pandemic we wish to advise all customers with regards to deliveries.

Graded Green utilise Royal Mail as our primary delivery partner. We use them as they are mostly reliable in getting deliveries to our customers the next working day. They also serve the entire UK and this means we are able to ship to customers everywhere.

We dispatch all orders using a Tracked 24 delivery service. This service has a next working day delivery target. Sometimes this target is not met and in such cases we apologise on behalf of Royal Mail.

The second phase of Covid-19 will bring with it its challenges for all of the delivery companies including Royal Mail. In the build-up to Christmas the delivery networks will see demand they have never seen before and so delays in receiving your order could be likely.

We ask that if your delivery is running late then please bare with the courier and do not email us unless it's urgent. If your order is running a few days late but you can see Royal Mail do have it within their network then the tracking information will be the best tool you can use. We can't contact Royal Mail about the status of your order until 10 working days has passed from them receiving the mail.
