Hello everyone!
We hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend filled with lots of chocolate and fun. Now that the festivities are over, it's time to get back to our daily routine.
However, we have received some emails from customers who are wondering why their orders haven't been delivered yet. We wanted to clarify that Royal Mail does not deliver on bank holidays, which includes Good Friday and Easter Monday. Therefore, those of you who are awaiting your deliveries should expect them to be delivered today (Tuesday) or in the coming days.
If you have not yet received tracking details for your order, please be patient as it will be sent to you within the next 24 hours. We are working hard to process all of the orders that came in over the Easter weekend and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
We also want to inform you that there have been some changes to our customer service. We have decided to go email-based only and will no longer be available through our old contact number, 01273025539. We have removed this number from our pages, and if you attempt to call it, you will hear a disconnection tone. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but we believe that it will ultimately lead to a better customer experience.
Again, we want to thank you all for your continued support and understanding as we work through the backlog of orders. We value your business and will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email.
