Changes to Customer Service

New postage rules

From July 20th we will be charging postage on all orders under £40.00. This will be at the rate of £2.46 for First Class Signed For which has a delivery estimate of 1-3 working days at present. For orders under £40.00 we will be reducing the price of our Tracked 24 service to £3.70 and the price of UPS shipping will also reduce to £6.99.

Postage will be free on orders over £40.00 and using Royal Mail's fully tracked service (Royal Mail Tracked 24).

We will additionally be adding Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday delivery to all orders under £100. This will be set at £10.
